Precision 2.4 GHz Control
Switch on the power and go! That's all there is to it with the TQ^™ 2.4 GHz radio system. There are no frequencies to manage, so the focus is on having fun. Race multiple boats side by side without interference. The TQ's advanced programming provides long-range control with smooth, glitch-free performance. The TQ's ergonomic design is comfortable for all day boating with an internal antenna that is impervious to damage.

Sealed Watertight Receiver Box
A patented sealed receiver box is another Traxxas innovation that puts Blast in a league of its own. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a special water-tight seal. A custom blue O-ring seals the receiver box to protect the receiver from water. The receiver can be removed for service and aftermarket receivers can be installed without losing the sealing properties of the box.

Blast includes a powerful 7.2 volt 3000 mAh Traxxas Power Cell rechargeable NiMH battery and two chargers for maximum convenience. Charge in the field with the included 12-volt peak-detecting fast charger or the included 4-amp 45+ watt USB-C battery charger with iD^® technology. Power adapter and cable sold separately. For maximum charge rate use Traxxas 2912 45-watt power adapter and 2916 100-watt power cable. The Traxxas iD system is the easiest and safest way to charge your Traxxas batteries. The charger automatically recognizes the iD battery and optimizes the charge settings as soon as you plug it in. There’s no guesswork involved, just fast, reliable charging every time.

Water-Proof Servo
The waterproof steering servo (2056) uses O-ring seals to keep the fun going when things get wet. The high-torque servo provides the muscle needed to turn the surface-piercing propeller with incredible precision and speed.

Swimming Pool Size
The Blast is the perfect size for exciting action in large swimming pools.

24″ Deep-V hull
The Deep-V hull design cuts through the waves to provide extra stability, especially when the water gets a little rough.

Steerable Outdrive
